We at italian-keratin.com are sure the goods we post on our websites are in stock and ready to ship. We ship worldwide with DHL Express (TRACK YOUR ORDER) from our main logistics center in the EU, Bulgaria. The shipments are made between 8 AM. to 3 PM. CET every day from Monday to Friday. However, the delivery terms might be different for some countries. Please take a look at the checkout or contact us for shipping fees. All shipping times are estimates only and are calculated from the day they leave our warehouse. DHL may exceed these times during high volumes, unforeseen circumstances, or delays caused by customs.

Orders received and paid for by 3 PM CET on any working day will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received and paid for after 3 PM. CET will be shipped the next working day.
