We at italian-keratin.com are sure the goods we post on our websites are in stock and ready to ship. We ship worldwide with DHL Express (TRACK YOUR ORDER) from our main logistics center in the EU, Bulgaria. The shipments are made between 8 AM to 3 PM CET every day from Monday to Friday. However, the delivery terms might be different for some countries. Please take a look at the checkout or contact us for shipping fees. All shipping times are estimates only and are calculated from the day they leave our warehouse. DHL may exceed these times during high volumes, unforeseen circumstances, or delays caused by customs.

Duties and Taxes: All orders are delivered duty-paid to you! No need to pay anything on delivery! Due to new tariffs imposed by the US government and the suspension of the de minimis threshold of US$800, all shipments to the United States from August 29th onward will require customs clearance. This means that customs duties, brokerage fees, and related charges may apply to every order, regardless of value. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders received and paid for by 3 PM CET on any working day will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received and paid for after 3 PM. CET will be shipped the next working day. Please note that working days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. It means that an order received and paid after 3 PM CET on a Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Please contact our customer service representatives for further information concerning delivery costs and times for your area. All our shipments are insured and the safe delivery of your goods is of paramount importance to us. Consequently, we kindly ask that you to provide a contact phone number as well as the precise delivery address so that we can pass these on to the delivery courier.

International orders (from outside of the EU), may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and/or associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

WE cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept any returned orders in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned and the WE will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.
